“The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed.” -C.G. Jung
We interact with people every day, strangers, friends, coworkers, family, acquaintances, people we love. Issues and disagreements are common and part of our daily life, such as conflict and arguments, lack of communication, disrespect, clashing values and priorities, confusion about how we feel, loss of trust or desire, feelings of grief and loss.
Being unhappy about how things go with people in your life can lead to more severe problems, including sadness, anger, feelings of inadequacy and insecurity, worthlessness and loneliness, loss of appetite and sleep. Unattended, these issues can cause depression and anxiety.
If you feel like your relationship/s could be better, I am here to assist you to:
- gain more clarity,
- identify core issues that can be addressed,
- learn healthy behaviours to increase self-esteem and confidence and to improve communication.
We can work together to develop problem-solving strategies, reduce stress and anxiety, identify personal and shared values.
