It’s essential to recognise and acknowledge that our mental state, like our physical health, can vary from time to time. We have moods, emotions, thoughts, and feelings that are developing in various ways, due to internal or external factors. And it’s perfectly normal because we respond to what is happening around us.  

In collaboration with each client and depending on your priorities and preference, I use a range of counselling therapies, drawn from Humanistic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-based therapies, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Behavioural Approaches / Strategies, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), skills building and coaching.
